Time for a remodel...yep!

Sooooo, since the house didn't sell, the Hubs is already making the to-do list for remodeling...
Number one project on the list is our bathroom!
Yep!
And I have been asked for my opinion, my version of what I want!
So I will give you an overview of my plans.
Right now there are two single sinks - separate vanities, a 6 foot whirlpool tub, a 36x36 shower, a toilet (duh) and a huge window.
First things first....tub goes! Who needs it? I have another and a hot tub.
What could be better?
The tiny shower goes too...
I want a 4 x 6 foot shower with dual shower heads, a steam option and a seat to sit on when I shave my legs! It shall be a tile shower and a door wont be needed as it will have a wall built in an L shape on the front!
The toilet will be shielded off by a barrier wall, I will have a vanity space for hair and makeup and the dual sinks will be replaced a 4 foot vanity with a raised bowl and marble counter top!
The vinyl floor will be replaced with tile and the towel racks will be replaced with towel warmers...AH!
The Hubs said the orange "Ronald McDonald walls have to go", so color is up in the air...but I don't think I will argue too much with that IF the remodel goes as I plan...but then again, we have to come to a compromise (sigh)...just like all the changes in the bathroom.
Who knows how it will turn out, but it will be an adventure!
I can't wait to tear out every piece of sheet rock in there!
